Terms and Conditions – Circular Footwear (brand: Methods)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of Circular Footwear, operating under the brand Methods.

 


 

1. Definitions

Consumer – A natural person not acting in the course of a business or profession.

Right of Withdrawal – The right of the consumer to cancel a purchase within the withdrawal period.

Withdrawal Form – The European standard form that can be used to notify us of a return (available upon request).

3. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all offers from Circular Footwear and any contract concluded remotely between us and a consumer. Prior to placing an order, the consumer will have the opportunity to review these terms and download or store them.

 


 

4. The Offer

All product information, prices, and availability are provided with care. However, Circular Footwear is not bound by obvious mistakes. Product images represent the product as accurately as possible. All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

 


 

5. Formation of the Agreement

An agreement is formed when the consumer places an order and Circular Footwear confirms receipt of the order via email.

Circular Footwear reserves the right to refuse an order based on reasonable grounds, such as suspicion of fraud or inability to process payment. In such cases, we will inform the consumer promptly.

 


 

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email to info@methodsfootwear.com. You may use the 'Model Withdrawal Form' below but it is not obligatory. Products must be returned within 14 days of your notification.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.  Shoes that were delivered as complete sneakers must be returned fully assembled and in their original condition. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except for returns within the Netherlands, which are covered by Methods. Once the product is returned, we will refund your payment, including the original shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days.

 


 

7. Delivery & Fulfillment

We ship to various countries within Europe. Delivery timeframes depend on the destination and will be communicated during checkout. Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.

If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we are unable to deliver the product within 30 days, you may cancel the agreement without charge.

 


 

8. Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT (if applicable). The total price you pay includes the product price and shipping costs (if applicable).

Payment methods are displayed during checkout.

 


 

9. Complaints

We stand by the quality of our products. If your product is defective, please contact us at info@methodsfootwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. If additional time is required, we will keep you informed.

 


 

10. Liability

Circular Footwear is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of income or data. Our total liability is always limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

 


 

11. Disputes

All agreements are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Lucerne, Switzerland.

 


 

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time of purchase.

 


 

13. Refund & Return Policy

13.1 Return Conditions

You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Shoes that were delivered as complete sneakers must be returned fully assembled and in their original state. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@methodsfootwear.com and include your order number and the reason for the return (optional but appreciated). Once your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

13.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except for returns within the Netherlands, which are covered by Methods.
Within the Netherlands, we work with PostNL. For returns from other countries, you are free to choose any carrier you prefer.

13.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

13.4 Non-returnable Items

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on gift cards or socks, due to hygiene reasons.

13.5 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@methodsfootwear.com.

13.6 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item and place a new order for the desired product once your return has been accepted.
